| Offensive, Racist and Sexist | We aim to remove offensive, racist and sexist graffiti within 2 working days. Where this is not possible it will be obscured. |
| Other | Other types of general graffiti and tags on council-owned structures will be removed or obscured when operationally possible. |
| Private properties and businesses | Graffiti on private buildings is the responsibility of the owner to remove or obscure, you can request removal of this using our charegable graffiti removal service here. |

Location Search
You can begin by entering part of an address or postcode. Matching results will appear in a table. If no results are found, you may restart the search. Certain request types allow you to use your device’s location—this feature is only available within the boundary of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Some requests also support location search by ID, such as smart litter bins or traffic signals. If the ID does not return a result, you can search by the nearest address or location and select it from the map.
