Apply for Garden Waste Service - new customers

The scheme is now closed and we are no longer accepting new customers Garden Waste Scheme. The scheme will open early next year.

If you wish to register your interest, we can send a reminder letter once the scheme opens again.

Terms and Conditions By paying for the Garden Waste Service this means you are accepting our terms and conditions of service.
You can read these here before making payment.
Lost or stolen bin If your bin is lost or stolen during the service year, there is a £25 replacement charge per bin.
Missed Collections There are no refunds for missed collections. If you need to report a missed collection please use our online form

Existing Customers Reminder letters for people who had the service last year will be sent out in January 2024.   If you already have your reference number you can renew your garden waste membership via our online payment system now
Stickers and calendars Packs take around 2 weeks to issue once payment has been received. This might take longer during peak times. Collections will start when the sticker is on your bin.
