| Terms and Conditions | By paying for the Garden Waste Service this means you are accepting our terms and conditions of service.

| Lost or stolen bin | If your bin is lost or stolen during the service year, there is a £25 replacement charge per bin. |
| Missed Collections | There are no refunds for missed collections. If you need to report a missed collection please use our online form |
| Information | If you have any questions, please phone 0191 2787878 and ask for "Garden Waste". You can find out lots of information on our website here |
| Existing Customers | Reminder letters for people who had the service last year will be sent out in January 2024. If you already have your reference number you can renew your garden waste membership via our online payment system now |
| Stickers and calendars | Packs take around 2 weeks to issue once payment has been received. This might take longer during peak times. Collections will start when the sticker is on your bin. |
