Terms and Conditions

By paying for the Garden Waste Service this means you are accepting our terms and conditions of service.

You should read these here before making payment.

Please remember

The service is per property and if you move it cannot be transferred or refunded.

These forms are for card payments and new customers only.

You can pay for more than 1 bin and service if you wish.

New Customers

Please be aware that during busy periods it can take up to 4 weeks to get assigned to a round and receive your starter pack.

If you do not have a brown bin already, you will be given a delivery date for one as you go through the sign up process.

New Build Properties

If you a new customer in a new build property (built in the last 18 months) you may need a reference number generated by the back office teams before you can pay.

Please email gardenwaste@newcastle.gov.uk who will start the process for you.

Lost or stolen bin

If your bin is lost or stolen during the service year, there is a £25 replacement charge per bin.

Missed Collections

There are no refunds for missed collections.
